Life Rediscovery Center is a service-oriented organization dedicated to providing trusted, reliable, personalized counseling services for individuals who are suffering from various mental health issues. Since 2015, we have been helping men and women overcome substance abuse, depression, anger issues, grief, anxiety, and other mental health issues that have caused pain and suffering in their lives as well as in the lives of their loved ones. Not only that, but we also provide family counseling for those struggling with relationship issues or other family-related problems.

Our goal is to help each person who comes to us overcome the mental obstacles that are hindering them from living the quality of life they truly deserve. We understand how difficult and seemingly hopeless it could feel for people who are going through mental health issues and this is why we strive to bring hope and joy back into the lives of these people through personalized counseling services aimed at helping them triumph over their biggest mental health challenges.

Individual Counseling

Life Rediscovery offer individual counseling/therapy services to address and resolve personal, social, and psychological difficulties. The issues that arise in counseling may be due to past or current experiences. Life Stressors are identified differently for each individual, and services are individualized to assist clients with meeting their identified needs and goals.

Couple & Family

Couples Counseling is where couples come together to resolve issues that may arise prior to a marriage, during marriage, or after marriage. Couples Counseling is an unbiased approach to help couples work through their individual differences that may cause conflict in the relationship. Issues that may be addressed in couples counseling include but are not limited to:

Family Counseling is utilized to help families meet and achieve the common goal of a cohesive family unit. There may be different stressors and challenges that may affect the family dynamics which can be behavioral or academic concerns of a child/adolescent, separation, blended family concerns, illness, grief, loss of income/ financial strain, etc.

LRC will work with you to achieve emotional wellness and help restore a healthy balance while improving and strengthening bonds in the couple or family relationship as a whole.
